Pysanky Egg Class March 21
Psyanky, the traditional Ukrainian decorating of eggs, is done with a wax resist and dye baths, like the art of batik.
All materials will be provided, except for eggs. Each person is asked to bring 2 blown egg shells. This is done by poking small holes on each end of the egg and carefully blowing out the insides.
Participants will be able to take home their prized creation at the end of the class. Class space is limited and fee is $20.
A minimum of 5 students is needed to hold the class, so pre-registration is necessary by March 19. Please email suzan1252@aol.com to sign up, or call 472-5374. |
