TWO OBELISKS REMAIN ON SALE
The Fairfield Art Association’s summer art installation in downtown Fairfield has come to a close. 8 0f 12 pieces were sold in the silent auction.
Two obeliskas continue to be on sale at the FAA Studio – “Dragonfly Melody by Elaine Duncan & Vickie Gautheratt, and also “The Four Elements” by Grace White.
Participating artists for 2014 were Holly & Bob Moore, Chuck & Terri Drobny with granddaughters, Mike Pech, Dori Lewman, Suzan Bates Kessel, FHS exchange student Akmaral Abduraimova, Melinda Arndt, Grace White, Nan Adam & Josh Hurtado, Ingrid Saterstrom, Lou Bolster (Intuitive Engineering) and FACT cast members, and two entries by Elaine Duncan & Victoria Gautherat.
Winner of the “Favorite Vote” went to Elaine Duncan & Vickie Gautherat for “Dragonfly Melody”.
The “Artful Obelisk” project was supported in part by a grant from the Fairfield Convention & Visitors Bureau.
